实验表明:二甲苯接触者尿中甲基马尿酸的排出浓度随车间空气中二甲苯浓度的增高和接触时间的延长而升高,脱离接触前尿中甲基马尿酸排出浓度达高峰,二者呈直线正相关((?)=2.202X+187.75)。可以采集工人下班前尿样进行甲基马尿酸测定,用于评价接触水平。根据二甲苯的车间空气MAC,尿中甲基马尿酸的生物阈限值为500mg/L。
