为了提高激光焊接的精准度,通过对焊接处图像成形表征指导焊点控制和误差修正。提出一种基于多尺度形态学融合的激光焊接图像成形表征方法。采用激光扫描技术进行激光焊接图像采集,对采集的焊接处图像进行边缘轮廓检测,采用多尺度小波分解方法进行焊接处图像成形特征点融合,通过多尺度形态学分割进行图像成形信息融合,实现激光焊接中焊接处图像成形表征优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行激光焊接图像成形表征分析,输出图像的成像质量较高,从而提高了焊点的匹配精度,减少了漏焊的发生概率。
To improve the accuracy of laser welding, solder joint control and error correction are guided by the characterization of the weld image. A laser welding image forming and characterization method based on multi-scale morphological fusion is proposed. Laser welding is used to acquire the image of laser welding. Edge detection of the welding image is carried out. Multi-scale wavelet decomposition is used to fuse the image forming feature points at the weld. The multi-scale morphological segmentation is used to fuse the image forming information to realize the laser Welding in the welding image forming characterization optimization. The simulation results show that this method can be used to characterize and analyze the laser welding image forming and the image quality of the output image is high, thereby improving the matching precision of the welding spot and reducing the probability of occurrence of the leak welding.
