报告将具有阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ＯＳＡＳ）部分或全部临床表现的６例患者误诊为ＯＳＡＳ，经详细询问病史和全面检查，均予否定。表明临床提高对ＯＳＡＳ的鉴别诊断水平是十分重要的。
The report misdiagnosed 6 patients with partial or complete clinical manifestations of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) as OSAS, with a negative history after detailed medical history and full examination. Show that the clinical diagnosis of OSAS differential diagnosis is very important.
