10多年前,东兰县大同乡信合村拥有耕地2560亩,大部分农田地处岩滩电站淹没区。电站蓄水发电后,全村大部分田地被淹没,只剩下少许土地和光秃秃的荒山。全村559户19个村民小组2266人,仅靠国家发给的库区补助粮艰难度日。
