教师专业发展是提高教师质量的重要举措,是世界教师教育发展的共同要求,也是我国教育发展的内在要求。特殊教育学校教师面对的对象更为复杂,其专业发展更加重要。构建教师专业知识、专业技能和专业情感发展的学研型、能力型和创新型的教研团队,是实现特殊教育学校教师专业发展的重要途径,也直接影响教师专业化发展水平。
Professional development of teachers is an important measure to improve the quality of teachers, which is the common requirement of teacher education in the world and an inherent requirement of our country’s educational development. Special education teachers face more complex subjects and their professional development is even more important.
