The article elaborates the historical background and treatment model of ACT therapy and explores its advantages in applying mental health education to college art groups. The innovation of the article lies in that it puts forward the viewpoint of introducing materialist dialectics in admitting and prompting therapies, in order to provide more choices for mental health education of art groups in colleges and universities.
