由江西工业大学与江西锻压厂合作研制的“三吨模锻锤砧下板簧隔振装置”科研成果,不久前在江西分宜通过鉴定。与会专家们认为,“该装置是迄今国内投入使用的最大的锻锤砧下隔振装置,也是迄今国内唯一的板簧悬吊式锻锤隔振装置,属国内首创。它为锻锤减振基础的设计和老基础的改造提供了直接经验,为治理锻锤振动公害开创了现实途径”。
By Jiangxi University of Technology and Jiangxi Forging Factory developed a “three-ton forging anvil under the leaf spring vibration isolation device” scientific research, not long ago in Jiangxi Fenyi passed the appraisal. Experts at the meeting said: “This device is the largest forging anvil under vibration isolation device put into operation in China so far and is the only leaf spring suspension forging vibration isolator in China so far, which is a pioneer in China. The basic design and the transformation of the old foundation provided direct experience and opened up a realistic avenue for the governance of the hammer vibration and pollution. ”
