病症:一台S195柴油机,挺柱磨损极为严重四五天就必须更换新件,两个月内更换了12副挺柱、3根凸轮轴。专家李建国诊治 1.作如下检查 (1)起动容易,功率不足,机油压力低,曲轴轴向及径向间隙较大。 (2)拆下气缸盖罩壳,发现气门间隙过大,左侧摇臂衬套能自由转动,气门调整螺栓未见松动。 (3)拆下摇臂座,发现摇臂座压住的那只水闷头处有锈蚀斑痕,渗水严重。 (4)气门里、外弹簧完好,手感压力正常。导露出气缸盖平面高度合适。两根挺杆不弯曲,直径、长度均合乎规格。 (5)取出凸轮轴,油泵凸轮完好,前后轴颈衬套
