花香7号是四川省农业科学院生物技术核技术研究所利用太空技术、核技术、生物技术培育出的高产、抗病、优质、带标记性状的香型杂交水稻新组合。母本为花香A,来源于神舟三号飞船搭载诱变的突变体;父本川恢907是通过杂交、复交,核辐射处理和花药培养相结合选育的大穗、大粒、高配合力的强恢复系。花香7号2007年通过重庆市品种审定委员会审定。
