根据柔性决策理论和方法对锦屏Ⅰ级水库移民安置与经济发展协调管理问题进行了研究，提出了协调管理的两层柔性决策模型；针对模型的特点，提出了分解一拟合协调算法．通过仿真计算，说明模型是合理的，算法是可行的．
According to the theory and method of flexible decision-making, this paper studies the coordinated management of Jinping I reservoir resettlement and economic development and proposes a two-layer flexible decision-making model of coordinated management. According to the characteristics of the model, a decomposition-fitting coordination algorithm is proposed. Through simulation calculation, the model is reasonable and the algorithm is feasible.
