减少氮肥损失,提高氮肥利用率的有效方法之一是抑制土壤的硝化作用;据文献报道,有多种硝化抑制剂能够抑制土壤的硝化作用,减少氮素的损失,从而改善作物的氮素营养,在一定条件下对作物的产量和品质有良好的影响。为了筛选有效的硝化抑制剂,我们应用~(15)N 示踪研究了四种硝化抑制剂对作物吸收氮素的影响。连续盆栽两茬作物,春麦及夏谷,测定了作物的肥料利用率及计算了肥料氮素的平衡。
One of the effective ways to reduce nitrogen loss and improve nitrogen use efficiency is to inhibit the nitrification of soil. According to the literature, a variety of nitrification inhibitors can inhibit the nitrification of soil and reduce the loss of nitrogen so as to improve crop nitrogen nutrition , Under certain conditions have a good effect on crop yield and quality. In order to screen for effective nitrification inhibitors, we investigated the effects of four nitrification inhibitors on nitrogen uptake by crops using ~ (15) N tracer. Two pots of continuous cropping pots, spring wheat and summer valley, measured the crop fertilizer utilization and calculated the balance of fertilizer nitrogen.
