Objective To understand the blood sugar and dyslipidemia in outpatients 18 ~ 44 years old. Methods From August 1, 2013 to July 31, 2014, the data of 18 ~ 44 years old patients with fasting blood glucose and blood lipids were collected from the Department of Laboratory, Handan First Hospital, including gender, age, history of diabetes, fasting blood glucose, Cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides. Results Among 3 195 patients who tested fasting blood glucose and blood lipids, there were 1 397 males (43.7%) and 1 798 females (56.3%). The prevalence of diabetes was 8.5%, of whom 197 were previously diagnosed with diabetes (6.2%), 74 were newly diagnosed with diabetes (2.3%) and 180 were impaired fasting glucose (5.6%). Men with previous diagnosis of diabetes, newly diagnosed patients with diabetes, impaired fasting glucose composition ratio were higher than women. Diabetic patients with blood glucose control of 127 people, the compliance rate was 64.5%. Newly diagnosed diabetes patients with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased and triglyceride levels higher than diabetes and impaired fasting glucose patients, reaching 43.2% and 21.6%. Conclusions The proportion of fasting blood glucose abnormalities in outpatients 18 to 44 years of age is 14.1%. Among them, the rate of glycemic control in diabetic patients is higher, the rate of blood glucose and dyslipidemia in men is higher than that in women, and the proportion of HDL cholesterol in untreated diabetic patients is Higher triglyceride levels are higher.
