以聚乙烯醇、硼酸、尿素为原料,九水硝酸铁为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在碱性的条件下制备干凝胶粉体。然后,该粉体在1200℃、50mL·min-1的NH3加热3h制备得大量蓝灰色的松软粉体。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM,)、X射线能谱(EDS)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物进行形貌、结构和成份上的分析。结果显示,产物中有大量的直径为40~100nm的硼碳氮纳米管生成。同时还对溶胶-凝胶法制备硼碳氮纳米管的影响因素研究如反应温度和反应时间进行了初步的探讨。
Using polyvinyl alcohol, boric acid and urea as raw materials, ferric nitrate nonahydrate as catalyst, sol-gel method was used to prepare dry gel powder under basic conditions. Then, the powder was heated at 1200 ℃, 50mL · min-1 NH3 heating 3h prepared a large number of blue-gray soft powder. The morphology, structure and composition of the product were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the product has a large number of boron nitride carbon nanotubes with a diameter of 40 ~ 100nm. At the same time, the influencing factors such as reaction temperature and reaction time of boro-carbon nanotubes prepared by sol-gel method were also discussed.
