目的了解南京市无偿献血人群知识、态度和行为的现状,为无偿献血员的招募及无偿献工作的改进提供科学依据。方法采用专门设计调查表,对随机选择自愿参加个人无偿献血人员共698人进行调查。结果698人中,54.2%的人为首次献血,学生群体多次献血比例明显低于非学生群体;无偿献血相关知识平均知晓率为54.6%;献血意向方面,92.1%的人愿意献血,61.6%愿意成为应急献血员,愿意捐献骨髓的人占30.3%。结论提高人群的无偿献血率,应有针对性地加大无偿献血相关知识宣传力度并正确引导,以保证临床用血安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge, attitude and behavior of unpaid blood donors in Nanjing and to provide a scientific basis for the recruitment of unpaid blood donors and the improvement of unpaid donations. Methods Using a special design questionnaire, a total of 698 volunteers who volunteered to participate in voluntary blood donation were investigated. Results Among the 698 people, 54.2% of them donated their blood for the first time, and the percentage of blood donations was significantly lower than that of the non-student population. The average awareness rate of unpaid blood donation was 54.6%. In terms of blood donation, 92.1% 30.3% are willing to become emergency blood donors and are willing to donate bone marrow. Conclusion To improve the rate of blood donation in the population, efforts should be made to intensify the propaganda of knowledge related to voluntary blood donation and guide it correctly so as to ensure the safety of blood for clinical use.
