目的分析2006年6月至2009年10月间68例浅表性膀胱癌患者行膀胱部分切除术或行TUR-Bt术后采用吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注预防肿瘤复发的疗效。方法 THP30 mg,每周1次,连用8周,而后每月1次,连用10个月,总疗程12个月。结果所有患者均获6～30个月的随访。平均随访12.1个月。复发9例,复发率13.1%。结论 THP用于膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发有较好的疗效,不良反应少,给药方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of 68 cases of superficial bladder cancer who underwent bladder partial resection or TUR-Bt intravesical instillation of propofol (THP) to prevent tumor recurrence from June 2006 to October 2009. Method THP30 mg, once a week, once every 8 weeks, and then once a month, once every 10 months, the total course of 12 months. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 30 months. The average follow-up of 12.1 months. Recurrence in 9 cases, the recurrence rate was 13.1%. Conclusions THP is effective in preventing the recurrence of bladder cancer after intravesical instillation, with less side effects and convenient administration. It is worthy of clinical application.
