Our commune conscientiously implemented the principle of plant protection with “prevention as the mainstay and integrated prevention and control”. The whole society has set up a three-level plant protection network for social work, brigade and production team. The commune has the leadership of comprehensive prevention and control. The brigade has a leading group for comprehensive prevention and control. The production team has an integrated prevention and control team.
