患者女性,30岁,因自服康泰克胶囊14片(中美天津史克制药有限公司制造),半小时后感头晕、恶心来院急诊。既往健康,无心脏病史,1年前心电图检查正常。体检:BP 14/10 kPa,P86次/分,神志清楚。心浊音界正常范围,心率92次/分,频发早搏,未闻杂音。两肺听诊正常。肝脾肋下未及.无神经系统阳性体征。即洗胃,半小时后心电监护发现频发多源性室性早博及频发房性早博,并出现扭转型室速。测血钾3.85 mmol/L、钠136.0mmol/L。钙4.4mmol/L、镁0.84 mmol/L,肝、肾功能正常范围,胸片正常。12小时后测定血清酶,GOT 72 IU/L,LDH 113 IU/L,CPK 330 IU/L。
Female patient, 30 years old, due to self-contained 康泰克 capsule 14 (Tianjin Sino-US Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. made in the United States), half an hour later dizziness, nausea to hospital emergency. Past health, no history of heart disease, ECG normal 1 year ago. Physical examination: BP 14/10 kPa, P86 beats / min, conscious. The normal range of heart voicedness, heart rate 92 beats / min, frequent premature beats, no unheard noise. Auscultation of both lungs normal. Liver and spleen ribs have not yet .No positive signs of nervous system. That gastric lavage, half an hour later, ECG found frequent multi-ventricular premature beats and frequent atrial premature beats, and torsades de pointes ventricular tachycardia. Blood potassium 3.85 mmol / L, sodium 136.0mmol / L. Calcium 4.4mmol / L, magnesium 0.84mmol / L, liver and kidney function normal range, normal chest X-ray. Serum enzyme, GOT 72 IU / L, LDH 113 IU / L, and CPK 330 IU / L were measured 12 hours later.
