根据调研小箱梁桥负弯矩区在施工中的出现的顶板崩裂、张拉不到位等病害较为普遍,影响桥梁长期耐久性。本文针对小箱梁桥负弯矩区在施工和使用中出现的病害,从设计角度出发进行负弯矩钢束下弯锚固于小箱梁翼缘板底的改进技术研究,并进行改进前后的理论分析及对比试验,改进后的负弯矩钢束构造在解决小箱梁负弯矩钢束施工中的一系列问题的基础上,可以更加有效的克服墩顶负弯矩效应,达到设计目的。
According to the investigation of the negative moment area of the small box girder bridge, the roof cracking, the lack of proper tension and other diseases appear more common in the construction, affecting the long-term durability of the bridge. In this paper, aiming at the diseases occurred in the construction and use of the negative moment area of the small box girder bridge, the improved technique of downgrading the negative bending steel beam to the bottom of the flange of the box girder is studied from the perspective of design, and the theoretical analysis before and after the improvement And contrast tests, the improved negative bending moment steel beam structure can overcome the negative bending moment effect of pier top effectively to solve the design problems of a series of problems in construction of small bending beam steel beam.
