随着我国护理教育事业的高度发展,护理职业院校的师资和学生实践的条件都显得比较欠缺,而护理职业院校和各个医院的合作不仅可以缓解这方面的压力,并且能拓展护理职业院校的专业办学能力,提升护理专业学生的就业率。但目前大部分护理院校和医院的合作都还处于低层次的合作,本文从护理院校的校企合作的现状分析真正意义上实现校企合作合作的问题所在,并提出相关建议。
With the high development of nursing education in our country, the condition of teachers and student practice in nursing vocational schools are relatively lacking. However, the cooperation between nursing vocational colleges and hospitals can not only relieve the pressure in this field, The school’s professional school ability to enhance the employment of nursing students. However, most of the cooperation between nursing schools and hospitals are still at a low level. At present, this paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in nursing schools and realizes the problems of cooperation and cooperation between schools and enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions.
