地方高职院校由于受原管理模式的影响,符合高校学生德育工作的体制和机制还未完全建立或还不成熟,在一定程度上制约着学校的德育工作。加强和改进地方高职院校德育工作,应从以下几个方面入手。一是摆正德育工作在学校工作中的位置,树立“育人为本、德育为先”的工作理念;二是对德育工作的重要意义再认识,加强和改进对德育工作的领导;三是重视德育工作者、辅导员(班主任)的选聘、领导和管理;四是推行德育工作全员化;五是创新思想政治教育手段和形式;六是转变思想政治工作方式;七是学校德育工作要防止社会不良因素的负面影响。
Due to the influence of the original management mode, local higher vocational colleges have not fully established or immature the systems and mechanisms that accord with the moral education work of colleges and universities, which to a certain extent restricted the moral education in schools. To strengthen and improve the moral education in local higher vocational colleges, we should start with the following aspects. First, putting the position of moral education in school work, setting up a working concept of “educating people first and moral education first”; secondly, re-understanding the importance of moral education, strengthening and improving the leadership over moral education; Third, attention should be paid to the selection, leadership and management of moral educators and counselors (teacher in charge of classes); fourth, full implementation of moral education; fifth, innovations in ideological and political education methods and forms; sixth, transformation of ideological and political work style; and seventh, Moral education should prevent the adverse effects of adverse social factors.
