首届浙江省电影文学剧本“凤凰奖”评比活动是浙江省广播电视局、浙江省文化艺术界联合会和浙江省电影家协会共同主办,由浙江省电影家协会具体承办的一次面向全社会征集优秀电影剧本的活动。从去年3月开始到8月底截稿,组委会一共收到来自全国11个省份153件参赛作品。这些作品题材丰富,现实题材占突出比例;类型多样,中小成本电影占突出比例;参赛踊跃,中青年作者占突出比例。这次比赛给人们的启示是:电影创作必须坚持先进文化的前进方向;电影创作必须遵循“三贴近”的方针;电影创作必须实践艺术创新的基本要求。
