退火热处理对扁平状Fe-Si-Al磁粉电磁性能的影响

采用搅拌球磨工艺对Fe-Si-Al粉末进行了扁平化处理,然后在不同温度及不同保温时间下对其进行了退火处理,借助激光粒度、SEM和XRD,研究了扁平化工艺和热处理工艺对Fe-Si-Al粉末粒度、形貌和物相组成的影响。借助阻抗分析仪,考察了以所制合金粉末为吸收剂制成的吸波材料在1MHz~100MHz频率范围内的电磁参数。结果表明:经扁平化和退火处理后,Fe-Si-Al吸波材料的复磁导率得到了显著提高,由经扁平化并经600℃退火2h的Fe-Si-Al粉末制成的吸波材料在1 MHz~100 MHz的低频段具有更加优异的电磁性能,起始磁导率实部达到64。 The Fe-Si-Al powder was flattened by agitated ball milling process, and then annealed at different temperatures and different holding time. By means of laser particle size, SEM and XRD, the effects of the flattening and heat treatment processes Fe-Si-Al powder size, morphology and phase composition. With the help of the impedance analyzer, the electromagnetic parameters of the absorbing material made of the alloy powder as the absorbing agent in the frequency range of 1 MHz ~ 100 MHz were investigated. The results show that the complex permeability of the Fe-Si-Al absorber increases obviously after flattening and annealing, and the complex permeability of the Fe-Si-Al absorber is significantly increased from the flattened Fe-Si-Al powder annealed at 600 ℃ for 2h Wave material in the low frequency band of 1 MHz ~ 100 MHz has more excellent electromagnetic performance, the real part of the initial permeability of 64.
