中国金属学会第一次金属疲劳学术会议于1980年8月18～23日在兰州召开。参加会议的有11个部和国防科委、中国科学院、空军工程部等所属的40个研究单位,11所高等院校,26个企业的100多名代表(包括甘肃省、青海省、新疆维吾尔族自治区有关单位的列席代表在内)。这次会议总结交流了近些年来我国金属疲劳试验研究方面的成果,宣读了学术论文42篇(大会报告11篇,分组报告31篇),邀请5位同志作了综合性或专题报告,讨论了今后发展方向,酝酿了今后学术活动安排意见。在大会和分组会宣读的学术论文中,疲劳测试
China Metals Society first academic conference on metal fatigue was held in Lanzhou from August 18 to August 1980.
