一种理论分析的方法首次应用在单向混杂复合材料的压缩混杂效应研究上。这种分析建立在一个相同的基体材料中不同种类的纤维的失稳分析上。这种分析还依赖于基体的弹性以及纤维在基体中的弯曲刚度。分析模型假定在基体中的低弯曲刚度的纤维首先发生失稳现象,当压力增加时,基体中具有高弯曲刚度的纤维也随之失稳,最后导致整个复合材料的破坏。这里,由于低弯曲刚度的纤维失稳,使基体产生横向变形,这种变形是有利于提高高弯曲刚度的稳定能力。这种分析的结果表明:通过纤维的混杂,对复合材料的压缩强度产生混合增强的效应。
A theoretical analysis method was first applied to the study of the compressive hybrid effect of one-way hybrid composites. This analysis is based on the analysis of the instability of different types of fibers in the same matrix material. This analysis also relies on the elasticity of the matrix and the bending stiffness of the fibers in the matrix. The analytical model assumes that the low bending stiffness of the fiber in the matrix first destabilizes. When the pressure increases, the fiber with high bending stiffness in the matrix also destabilizes, eventually leading to the destruction of the entire composite. Here, due to the instability of the fiber with low bending stiffness, the substrate is caused to undergo lateral deformation, which is a stabilizing ability that is advantageous for improving the high bending stiffness. The results of this analysis show that through the mixing of the fibers, there is a mixed enhancement effect on the compressive strength of the composite.
