随着企业思想政治工作一点一点不断深入,企业离退休人员思想政治工作的范围也在复杂化和扩大化。由于客观形势不断的发展,新情况、新事物的产生,对离退休人员的思想政治工作也提出了新的、更高要求。本文深刻阐述了当前加强企业离退休人员思想政治工作的重要意义,全面分析了目前企业离退休人员的队伍现状,并从将形势教育和开展离退休人员的思想政治工作相结合等方面论述了新形势下加强企业离退休人员的思想政治工作的途径。
