淋病是由淋球菌引起的泌尿生殖系统的化脓性疾病,主要通过两性接触传染,症状较重的潜伏期2—5天。分泌物稠厚、量多、脓性,有症状者较易发现。但很多患者不经医生检查,无实验室诊断而盲目用药导致症状顽固,难以治愈,尤其在基层表现较多。为了更好提高基层医院的性病监测及治疗水平,最大限度地控制性病,并提高治愈率,现将我医院治淋病70例体会报告如下。
Gonorrhea is a purulent disease of the genitourinary system caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae and is transmitted primarily through sexual contact. The symptoms are severe with an incubation period of 2-5 days. Thick secretions, quantity, purulent, symptomatic were more easily found. However, many patients without the doctor to check, no laboratory diagnosis and blind medication lead to stubborn symptoms, it is difficult to cure, especially in the grass-roots performance more. In order to better improve the level of primary hospital STD monitoring and treatment, to maximize control of sexually transmitted diseases, and improve the cure rate, now my hospital treatment of gonorrhea, 70 cases report as follows.
