我原任河北省国防科工委主任,1988年我被推选为河北省政协六届委员会常委,同时担任了不驻会的政协经委副主任之职,现在是省政协之友联谊会理事。11年来,我几乎是全身心地贯注着政协各个时期赋予的各项任务,履行着自己的职责。我是从事国防科学工业的,担任常委期间,特别关注大中型企业。所以,作为一名省政协常委,参政议政就从这里入手。前些年,省政协组织考察和编写了河北省产业结构调整建议案。这一建议案涉及面广、量大,是省政协1989、1990年跨年度重点考察项目之一。我和考察组人员,广泛搜集了全省各行
Former director of Hebei Provincial Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, in 1988 I was elected to the Standing Committee of the 6th CPPCC National Committee of Hebei Province and served as deputy director of the Political Consultative Conference that is not stationed at the same time. She is now a director of Friendship Association of CPPCC. For the past 11 years, I have devoted myself almost exclusively to the various tasks entrusted by the CPPCC in various periods and has discharged its duties. I am engaged in national defense science industry, as a member of the Standing Committee, with particular attention to large and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, as a Standing Committee of the provincial CPPCC, political participation here from here. A few years ago, the provincial CPPCC organized the inspection and preparation of a proposal on the readjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province. This proposal involves a wide range of large quantities, is the provincial CPPCC in 1989, 1990 one of the key inspection projects across the year.
