生长抑素及其类似物具有抑制肿瘤增殖或其异常分泌的作用。这些作用是通过肿瘤内高密度表达的生长抑素受体而介导的,并且具有受体亚型的选择性。人类消化系统肿瘤组织可表达多种SSTR,且大多数情况下同时表达两种以上的SSTR,其中以SSTR2和SSTR5最为常见,同一肿瘤不同分期状态下SSTR的表达状态也有所不同。明确肿瘤中生长抑素受体亚型的分布与表达,对选择特异性的生长抑素类似物,以及提高对肿瘤的诊治具有重要的意义。
Somatostatin and its analogues have the effect of inhibiting tumor proliferation or abnormal secretion. These effects are mediated through somatically-expressed somatostatin receptors in tumors and have the selectivity of receptor subtypes. Human digestive system tumors can express a variety of SSTR, and in most cases, more than two SSTRs are expressed simultaneously, of which SSTR2 and SSTR5 are the most common, and the expression states of SSTR in different stages of the same tumor are also different. To clarify the distribution and expression of somatostatin receptor subtypes in tumors is of great significance for selecting specific somatostatin analogues and improving the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
