目的:观察牙周基础治疗对药物性牙龈增生的临床疗效。方法:对我院2014年5月到2015年10月间接收的7例药物性牙龈增生患者采用牙周基础治疗,并适时对患者的临床情况进行观察,后评价其治疗效果。结果:7例患者均顺利完成本次牙周基础治疗,同时均完成治疗后的3次复查,复查结果表明患者的出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探疹深度(PD)、牙龈增生指数(GHI)恢复情况良好,并且和治疗前存在明显差异,均为P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:牙周基础治疗对药物性牙龈增生的临床疗效良好,能够有效改善患者临床情况,同时减少增生的情况,因而值得我们在临床中借鉴使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of periodontal treatment on drug-induced gingival hyperplasia. Methods: Seven cases of drug-induced gingival hyperplasia received from May 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were treated with periodontal basic therapy. The clinical situation of the patients was observed timely and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results: All of the 7 patients completed the basic periodontal treatment successfully and completed 3 times of post-treatment. The results of the review showed that the bleeding index (BI), plaque index (PLI), periodontal probe depth ), Gingival hyperplasia index (GHI) recovered well, and there were significant differences between before and after treatment, both P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The basic clinical treatment of periodontal gingival hyperplasia clinical efficacy is good, can effectively improve the clinical condition of patients, while reducing the proliferation of cases, which deserves our reference in the clinical use.
