本文从一个航运企业的角度来获得数据,以港口的通达性和合作性这两项指标来评价上海港和亚洲其他著名枢纽港(香港、新加坡、釜山和高雄等)的差距,说明合作性在枢纽港口建设中发挥了可持续性的作用和潜在的作用,而通达性只不过说明目前该港口是否是枢纽港,然后运用供应链管理的方法来提高上海港的枢纽作用,从而有利于上海2020年建成上海国际航运中心,也为港口经营者和港口的政府管理者提供了必要的思路。
This article obtains data from the perspective of a shipping company and evaluates the gap between Shanghai Port and other well-known hub ports in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Busan and Kaohsiung, etc.) based on the accessibility and co-operation of ports. Hub port construction has played a role of sustainability and potential, and accessibility just shows whether the port is a hub port, and then use the supply chain management approach to enhance the hub of Shanghai Port, which is conducive to the Shanghai 2020 The establishment of Shanghai International Shipping Center in 2004 provided the necessary ideas for port operators and port government managers.
