沈阳冶炼厂的炼铜烟尘含有多种有价金属及有害成分砷,为消除烟害和综合回收有价金属,试验研究了“密闭浸取”新方案,可使烟尘中的锌、铟、镉、砷大部分浸入溶液中,而铜、铅、铋则留在浸渣里,达到了粗分离的效果。本研究是进一步对此密闭浸取渣探索用浮选回收铜和湿法提铋的选冶联合处理方法,分别得出铜精礦、铅精礦和海绵粗铋三种产品,以达到综合回收利用的目的。试验结果表明,铜烟尘密闭酸浸渣用黑药作捕收剂在弱酸性(pH5-6)矿浆中浮选,以水玻璃作细泥分散剂,碳酸钠作pH调整剂,并添加少量硫化钠作活化剂,采用分段加药、分段浮选、一次精选的工艺流程,可获得含铜7.33%的精礦,铜回收率为84.8%。浮选铜后的铅铋渣用加食盐硫酸常压浸取法,可将97%铋浸出,而铅的浸出<2%。此浸取液用铁粉置换,得出海绵粗铋,铋置换率99%左右。此浸取渣为含铅57%的铅精礦,可作为炼铅的原料。
