胰腺癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,5年生存率低于4%。而胰腺癌特异性标志物对肿瘤患者的筛选、诊断术后复发及转移的监测都有着重要作用,且研究胰腺癌患者血清及组织中特异性N-糖链结构及功能的变化成为国内外研究的热门。因此本研究从糖基化与肿瘤的生物学行为、N-糖链与恶性肿瘤的关系、胰腺癌相关的特异性N-糖链的实验技术及临床研究等方面的研究现状及进展进行了综述。
