山茱萸具有补益肝肾、敛精固虚之功能，常可用于腰酸、眩晕、耳呜、惊悸、五更泻、遗精滑泄等症的治疗［１，２］。其抗菌作用研究报告较少，我们应用新的中药抑菌实验方法，对山茱萸进行了２５２株临床菌株的体外抗菌实验检测，现将其方法及结果报告如下。１材料与方法１．１
Hawthorn has the functions of tonifying the liver and kidney and consolidating the essence of solid, and can often be used for the treatment of backache, dizziness, deafness, convulsion, diarrhea, and spermatorrhea embolism [1, 2]. There are few reports on its antibacterial activity. We applied a new antibacterial experimental method for traditional Chinese medicine to conduct in vitro antibacterial testing of 252 clinical strains of Hawthorn. The methods and results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1
