根据国内图书文献机构会议文献收藏、揭示等方面的情况,以及目前会议文献相关数据库的情况,了解到会议文献是一种出版形式多样、收集和提供分散、专门数据库缺乏、利用相对困难的文献类型。但会议文献又是一种传递新信息更快、非常重要的信息来源。如何做好会议文献的收集与提供呢?除了充分发挥现有的数据库资源的作用外,笔者提出应该更多地通过合作与共享的途径来挖掘会议文献的价值并使其在科研、教学等活动中发挥作用。
