目的对2012年深圳市完成的新建DR工作场所职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价报告进行汇总分析,为卫生行政部门的竣工验收和建设单位的日常管理提供科学的技术依据。方法通过现场卫生学调查、放射防护检测和射线装置影像质量控制检测等方法,将2012年完成的新建DR射线装置机房控制效果评价报告存在问题进行分析。结果 2012年共完成21家放射工作单位26台DR射线装置的控制效果评价。26间新建DR机房中,2间机房面积不达标,2间机房外照射空气比释动能率超过管理目标值(2.5μGy/h),8间机房个人防护用品的配置不符合使用要求,放射工作人员职业健康管理有待加强。其他评价项目均符合标准要求。结论新建DR工作场所存在问题按控制效果评价报告书建议进行整改后,放射性职业病危害控制效果基本达到国家相关规定要求,基本具备了申请建设项目职业病危害放射防护设施竣工验收的条件。
Objective To summarize and analyze the evaluation report on the effect of radiation protection and control of occupational hazards in newly-built DR workplace in Shenzhen in 2012, and provide scientific technical basis for the completion and acceptance of the health administrative departments and the daily management of construction units. Methods The problems existing in the evaluation report on the control effect of newly constructed DR-ray equipment room completed in 2012 were analyzed through on-site hygiene investigation, radiation protection testing and imaging quality control testing of the radiographic equipment. Results In 2012, a total of 26 DR radios from 21 radiological units were evaluated for their control effects. Among the 26 newly-built DR computer labs, the area of 2 computer labs is not up to standard, and the kerma rate of air outside the 2 computer labs exceeds the management target value (2.5 μGy / h). The configuration of the personal computer room equipment does not meet the usage requirements and the radiological work Occupational health management needs to be strengthened. Other evaluation items are in line with standard requirements. Conclusion After the new DR workplace was proposed to be rectified according to the control effect evaluation report, the control effect of radioactive occupational hazards basically met the requirements of relevant state regulations and basically fulfilled the conditions for completing the acceptance and acceptance of occupational hazards radiological protection facilities.
