低温等离子射频消融系统由于温度低,切割深度易控制,对周围正常组织的损伤小,水肿轻,目前在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中应用广泛,相对于传统手术方式,等离子刀集止血、吸引、切割及消融功能为一体,适合对暴露欠佳的狭窄区域内的操作,笔者所在科室应用低温等离子射频消融术治疗舌根囊肿,取得了满意的疗效,为比较其优越性,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择我科2008-01-2014-05期间收治的舌根
