在１９９９年初本刊编辑部召开的通讯工作会议上，与会同志认同了当前对稿件的三个要求──论点要新，内容要实，文通字顺。一年过去了，部分来稿质量有了明显提高，现发表薛明君同志对这三个要点深人阐述，相信会促进广大教师写出高质量的稿件，也会使刊物整体质量不断提高。
At the working conference on communications held by the editorial department of the journal in early 1999, the participating commanders recognized the current three requirements for manuscripts ─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─ ─. One year has passed and the quality of some manuscripts has been significantly improved. Comrade Xue Mingjun is now publishing his profound explanation on these three key points. He believes that it will promote the writing of high-quality manuscripts by teachers and the continuous improvement of the overall quality of publications.
