互联网科学技术的普及,极大地促进了电子商务交易的迅速发展,人们开始越来越多的在网上消费。这一新兴的消费形式不仅突破了时间和空间的制约,还极大地扩大了交易的范围,电子商务交易的本质仍是人与人之间的交流,因此用户体验问题是不可忽视的。本文首先从用户体验的意义出发,梳理电子商务交易中存在的用户体验问题,相应地提出解决措施。
The popularity of Internet science and technology has greatly promoted the rapid development of e-commerce transactions, and people began to consume more and more online. This emerging form of consumption has not only broken through time and space constraints, but also greatly expanded the scope of transactions. The nature of e-commerce transactions is still the exchange between people. Therefore, the problem of user experience can not be ignored. Starting from the meaning of user experience, this paper sorts out the user experience problems existing in e-commerce transactions and puts forward corresponding solutions.
