目的评价氯沙坦和卡托普利联合治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法 180例原发性高血压患者随机分成三组,分别观察三组治疗前后所有参与者血压、心率的变化。结果监测血压显示联合治疗组的收缩压、舒张压及心率与其他两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义,氯沙坦组降压与卡托普利组无差异,三组在调整心率稳定方面的疗效差异无统计学意义。结论卡托普利加氯沙坦联合应用治疗高血压的疗效确切,不良反应小,值得推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of losartan and captopril in the treatment of hypertension. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into three groups. The changes of blood pressure and heart rate were observed in all three groups before and after treatment. Results Blood pressure monitoring showed systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the combined treatment group were significantly different from those in the other two groups after treatment, and there was no difference between the losartan group and the captopril group. The three groups were stable in adjusting the heart rate No significant difference in the efficacy of aspects. Conclusion The combination of captopril plus losartan in the treatment of hypertension has definite curative effect and small adverse reactions. It is worth promoting.
