目的为明确白鲜皮的药效物质基础,对白鲜皮的化学成分进行研究。方法白鲜皮的乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取层反复硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备HPLC分离得到单体化合物,通过光谱方法对其化学成分进行结构鉴定。结果从白鲜皮乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取层中分离得到7个化合物,分别为南烛树脂醇(1),补骨脂酸(7←1’)β-D葡萄吡喃糖苷(2),3-[(1R)-1,2-二羟乙基-4-甲氧基-2(1H)-喹啉酮(3),4-甲基喹啉酮(4),柠檬苦素(5),吴茱萸苦素(6),梣酮(7)。结论其中化合物1,2,3,4为属内首次分离。
Aim To clarify the pharmacological basis of fresh white skin, the chemical composition of fresh white skin was studied. Methods The ethanolic extracts of fresh white skin were extracted by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The chemical constituents were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the ethanolic extract of P. crispus, and were respectively identified as Candida alcool (1), psoralen acid (7 ← 1 ’) β-D glucopyranoside ), 3 - [(1R) -1,2-dihydroxyethyl 4-methoxy- 2 (1H) -quinolinone (3), 4-methylquinolinone (4), limonin (5), Evodia rutin (6), ketones (7). Conclusions Among them, compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 were isolated for the first time.
