医疗设备招标采购在各大中型医院已经相当普遍。医疗设备招标采购是一项政策性、专业性、技术性很强的工作,也是相关部门着重审计的医院管理内容。本文从采购申请可行性研究、医疗器械投标厂家资质的审核、招标采购文书编制、招标中竞争性谈判等四个方面探讨招标采购应引起关注的问题,并提出完善规范建议,从而保证招标采购工作规范有序,保证医院采购到性价比高的医疗设备。
