本实验采用22只家兔,观察从草药紫金龙中提取的一种生物碱—右旋异紫堇定的抗由去甲肾上腺素诱发的心律失常作用。在另10只家兔则测定其在体兔心的动作电位有效不应期的改变。实验结果表明异紫堇定有抗由去甲肾上腺素诱发的心律失常作用,并能延长心肌动作电位的有效不应期。
In this experiment, 22 rabbits were used to observe the antiarrhythmic effects induced by norepinephrine, an alkaloid extracted from the herb Zijinlong. In another 10 rabbits, the change in the effective refractory period of the action potential of the rabbit heart was determined. The experimental results show that isoprene has antiarrhythmogenic effects induced by norepinephrine and can prolong the effective refractory period of myocardial action potential.
