In the late stage of oilfield development, the paraffin deposit formation is expanding with the change of geotechnical conditions. The formation of asphaltic paraffin deposits (hereinafter referred to as АСПО) is affected by the following theoretical factors at low downhole pressure and high water cut-off: ① The only reason for the formation of paraffin crystals is the formation of paraffin crystals dissolved in petroleum and in the solid phase lattice . ② When the surface temperature of the device is lower than the waxing point, paraffin crystals and asphaltic resin are directly mixed on the surface of the device to form a dense layer. ③ paraffin carrier (oil) to reach АСПО formation zone has two ways: thin-film adsorption and trickle adsorption
