患者周××,女性,34岁,开始左侧颞颌关节疼痛,弹响1年多,1969年1月,怀孕期间,一天晚上突然张口受限,颞颌关节疼痛难忍,经医院手法复位,尚可张、闭口,但每天睡眠仍不能开口,须按扶颞部,用力张口才能自如。多次求医就诊,诊断:“颞颌关节脱位”。经针灸,理疗和封闭等治疗,疼痛减经,仍睡眠后颞关节紧闭,持续11年。近1个多月病情加重,白天用力咀嚼出现锁(牙合)、关节痛、头痛,严重影响饮食、工作,于1980年1月14日就诊。
