本文从技术的发展说明使地球变小,而信息化又使地球趋平(因为经济和数字鸿沟还存在,还不能使所有人共享)。信息化有一些特征,虚拟技术和物理实体需要有正确的紧密结合。信息化正在促进国际化、全球化的步伐。在当前国际国内竞争激烈,合作的条件和方式也日益多种多样,要充分利用有利环境努力进行全方位创新。要注意每项“创新”的生命周期。另从信息技术和信息社会发展的角度来说明如何更好地发挥信息化的作用。
This article shows that technology has made the world smaller, and information technology has made the Earth even more flat (because economic and digital divide still exist and can not be shared by all). There are some characteristics of information technology, virtual technology and physical entities need to have the right combination. Informatization is promoting the pace of internationalization and globalization. In the current intense competition in both the international and the domestic markets, the conditions and methods of cooperation are also becoming increasingly diverse. We must make full use of the favorable environment to strive for all-round innovation. Pay attention to the life cycle of each “innovation”.
