目的分析四川省岳池县第二轮全国艾滋病综合防治示范区(以下简称岳池县示范区)主要工作完成情况、工作质量和效果,为其第三轮艾滋病防治工作提供参考。方法结合艾滋病防治5大领域的工作内容和指标,分析岳池县示范区工作完成情况。结果 8类目标人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率均实现预期目标;建立艾滋病初筛实验室3个,HIV检测点15个,HIV检测178 760人次,检出率为0.08%(145/178 760),其中暗娼、吸毒人群HIV检测2 757人次,检出率为0.33%(9/2 757);累计发放安全套69.5万只,高危场所干预11 944人次;流行病学调查率、抗病毒治疗率、治疗患者病毒载量检测率、HIV/AIDS随访检测比例分别达到100.00%(304/304)、92.16%(141/153)、100.00%(93/93)、94.66%(195/206);第二轮示范区的10项主要工作质量考核指标全部完成,其中8项高于全国平均值,6项高于全国示范区平均值;探索了艾滋病防治知识进农家和HIV/AIDS实施“2+1”管理的创新模式。结论岳池县示范区第二轮艾滋病防治工作取得明显成效,多个工作指标和质量指标优于全国和全国示范区平均值,起到了较好的示范带头作用。 Objective To analyze the accomplishments, quality and effects of the main work of the second round national AIDS comprehensive prevention and control demonstration area in Yuechi County, Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as Yuechi County Demonstration Zone) for reference for the third round of AIDS prevention and control work. Methods Combined with the work contents and indicators in five major areas of AIDS prevention and control, the work of Yuechi County demonstration area was analyzed. Results The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge reached the expected goal in all 8 target groups. Three AIDS screening laboratories, 15 HIV test sites and 178 760 HIV tests were established, with a detection rate of 0.08% (145/178 760), of which, The number of HIV / AIDS infected people, sex workers and drug addicts was 2,757, with a detection rate of 0.33% (9/2 757); a total of 695,000 condoms were issued and 11,944 people were intercepted in high-risk places. Epidemiological investigation, anti-virus treatment and treatment of patients The detection rates of viral load and HIV / AIDS follow-up were 100.00% (304/304), 92.16% (141/153), 100.00% (93/93) and 94.66% (195/206) respectively. The second round of demonstration The 10 major indicators for the quality of work in the district were all completed, of which 8 were higher than the national average and 6 were higher than the national average for the demonstration area. They explored HIV / AIDS prevention and control in rural areas and the implementation of “HIV / AIDS 2 + 1” Management innovation model. Conclusion The second round of AIDS prevention and control work in Yuechi County demonstration area has achieved remarkable results. A number of work indicators and quality indicators are superior to those of the national and national demonstration areas and have played a good role model.
