将甲酚作为一种掺杂剂与传统掺杂剂对聚苯胺(PANI)进行共同掺杂,并通过改变甲酚掺杂量和掺杂方式,制备得到一系列甲酚、磺酸共同掺杂PANI。测定了掺杂产物的电导率、结晶度和热稳定性,结果表明,甲酚和磺酸共同掺杂使PANI的分子链构像由卷曲变得更加舒展,从而使其电导率提高。在掺杂的同时加入间甲酚,且甲酚和本征态聚苯胺(EB)的摩尔比为0.2∶1所得PANI的电导率达到32.5S/cm。共同掺杂还使所得PANI的结晶度增大,热稳定性提高。
Chenol as a dopant and conventional dopants polyaniline (PANI) were co-doping, and by changing the cresol doping amount and doping, prepared a series of cresol, sulfonic acid co-doping PANI. The conductivity, crystallinity and thermal stability of the doped products were measured. The results showed that the co-doping of cresol and sulfonic acid made the molecular chain conformation of PANI to be more stretched from the crimp, which led to the increase of conductivity. The m-cresol was added with doping and the molar ratio of cresol to the intrinsic polyaniline (EB) was 0.2: 1. The resulting PANI had an electrical conductivity of 32.5 S / cm. Co-doping also results in increased crystallinity of the resulting PANI and improved thermal stability.
