目的了解2007-2011年北京市通州地区食品及患者分离的单增李斯特菌的生物学和流行病学特征,为李斯特菌病的预防控制提供参考依据。方法对分离的单增李斯特菌进行6个毒力因子(prfA、actA、iap、hly、plcB、inlA)的检测、血清分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳分型。结果 57株单增李斯特菌的6个毒力因子均为阳性,分为5种血清型,主要血清型为1/2a和1/2c型,PFGE分型分为19种带型,主要带型为GX6A16.CN0004。结论通州地区分离的单增李斯特菌全部携带6个主要毒力因子,分子型别呈现多态性。
Objective To understand the biological and epidemiological characteristics of Listeria monocytogenes isolated from food and patients in Tongzhou area of Beijing from 2007 to 2011, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of Listeriosis. Methods Six virulence factors (prfA, actA, iap, hly, plcB, inlA) were detected in the isolates of Listeria monocytogenes, and the genotyping and the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis were performed. Results 57 isolates of Listeria monocytogenes were positive for 6 virulence factors and were divided into 5 serotypes, the major serotypes were 1 / 2a and 1 / 2c, and the PFGE genotypes were divided into 19 types and the main bands Type is GX6A16.CN0004. CONCLUSION: Listeria monocytogenes isolated in Tongzhou all carry 6 major virulence factors and the molecular types show polymorphism.
