目的研究高压氧(HBO)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后梗死体积及海马中一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:用线栓塞SD大鼠右大脑中动脉,造成局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,在HBO和高压空气(HBA)治疗下,观察不同时间点脑梗死体积和海马中NO含量的改变。结果:脑缺血1h后出现明显梗死灶,且随再灌注时间延长而逐渐扩大,海马中NO含量明显增高(P<0.01);经HBO治疗后,明显地抑制梗死灶的扩大(P<0.05),NO含量明显降低(P<0.05);HBA对脑梗死灶扩大和NO含量无明显抑制作用(P>0.05)。结论:HBO可抑制大鼠局灶性脑缺血梗死灶的扩大和降低NO含量。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on infarct volume and hippocampal nitric oxide (NO) content after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was induced by thread embolization of the right middle cerebral artery of SD rats. The volume of cerebral infarction and NO content in the hippocampus were observed at different time points under HBO and HBA treatment. Results: Significant infarct size was found at 1 h after cerebral ischemia and gradually increased with prolongation of reperfusion. The content of NO in hippocampus was significantly increased (P <0.01). After HBO treatment, the infarct size was significantly inhibited (P (P <0.05). The content of NO was significantly decreased (P <0.05). HBA had no significant effect on the expansion of cerebral infarction and NO content (P> 0.05). Conclusion: HBO can inhibit the expansion of focal cerebral ischemic infarction and reduce the content of NO in rats.
