慢性粒细胞性白血病(简称慢粒)并发淋巴瘤比并发粒细胞肉瘤少见。本院确诊一例报告如下。患者张某,女,23岁。1983年3月因头昏、乏力,精神差於万年县医院诊断为慢粒,给马利兰治疗达部分缓解。同年10月第一次入我院内科住院治疗,当时脾肋下16cm,浅表淋巴结未触及,给二溴卫茅醇治疗70天达完全缓解出院。1984年4月30日因头昏、乏力加重第二次入本院治疗。体检:T36.2℃,P80,R18,BP14.66/8kPa(110/60
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (referred to as CML) complicated with lymphoma than granulocytoma rare. A case of hospital confirmed the following report. Zhang patients, female, 23 years old.
